Water at 92C

Bloom with 50ml water for 45 seconds
At the 45 second mark, pour 50 ml of water
At the 1:10 mark, pour 50 ml of water
At the 1:30 mark, pour 50 ml of water
At the 1:50 mark, pour 50 ml of water
Drawdown should complete 2:45-3:15
