About the trek -
Goecha La is one of the best treks in India for the big mountains view. Goecha La is a high mountain pass in Sikkim, India in the Himalayan range. Kanchenjunga, the world's third-highest mountain can be viewed from the pass. This trek gives you the scope for two summits - Dzongri Top and Goechala Viewpoint 1 from where you don’t just see one summit — the Kanchenjunga — but 14 other big summits but also - Talung( 7349m), Rathong( 6679m), Kabru N( 7353m), Koktang ( 6147m), Simvo( 6812m), Kabru S(7318m), Kabru Dome( 6600m), Kabru Forked( 6100m), Pandim(6691m), Tenchenkhang( 6010m) and Jupono( 5650m). That’s a lot for any trek — especially as close to the eyes as on the Goechala trek.
It is no wonder that trekkers consider Goechala to be the closest to the big mountain treks of Nepal.
