This is 100 Forint Bi-Metallic coin from Hungary minted in 1997. Hungary is a landlocked country in Central Europe. Its capital, Budapest, is bisected by the Danube River. Its cityscape is studded with architectural landmarks from Buda’s medieval Castle Hill and grand neoclassical buildings along Pest’s Andrássy Avenue to the 19th-century Chain Bridge.

The coin is a made of Bi-Metallic Brass plated Steel center in Stainless Steel ring weighing 8 grams with 23.8 mm diameter, 2.2 mm thickness and comes with reeded edge. The coin is engraved by István Kósa.

On the obverse, Crowned shield and date below with translated lettering as "Republic of Hungary". At the reverse, Denomination and lettering BP 100 Forint.
