Calif. Zephyr in Ft. Morgan on 08AUG2024 (playin' in the mist)

Today's California Zephyr #5 made its station stop in Fort Morgan at 0818 MDT (2 hrs. & 33 min. late). Ollie had P42s #76 & #48 bring the 8-cat consist to a stop with car 7 to the mid-station platform for passenger service to 1 departing passenger and 1 new patron.
The high ball was given and on a clear signal, Ollie ramped up the amps moving the Zephyr west toward Union Station in Denver. Ollie was looking out for me as he told me to get out of the rain. LOL!
My thanks to the operating crew and the passengers in the sightseer/lounge car for the waves and greetings.
