Colouring Tutorial: Jellyfish in Lost Ocean Part 3.

Third episode of the Lost Ocean Jelly Fish Colour Along. This is an optional step for those who would like to add some colour to the background. i discuss a number of different ideas and demonstrate a pastel background with bubbles.
