Mabuhay! Good morning! Maayong buntag ka ninyong tanan! On behalf of SV Travel and Tours, I am Xyrxes Andrzej Lagarteja and you can call me Ate Ses. Before we proceed with the tour, I would like to give you a few reminders so that our tour would be smooth flowing and hassle free.
First, be mindful of your valuable belongings.
Second, avoid littering while we are on tour.
Third, always keep your masks on and take them off only if necessary.
And lastly, I have here with me a first aid kit in case of emergency.

I now welcome you all to Poblacion Central Market. Poblacion Central Market is a venue for shopping, dining and lifestyle destination in the heart of Davao City. It is located at Bangoy Street, Poblacion District. And as of now, entrance is free with no prior booking required.
During our tour, you will be able to see local shops, food, and the highlight of our tour, the art exhibit of the participants from the Lunang Mentoring Program.

Let us now enter the establishment. Before we explore the first floor, let us first proceed to the second floor.

We are now at the second floor. Here, you can come across shops that sell local goods or products that are made by indigenous tribes of different cultures. You may purchase from these shops and it could serve as your souvenir.

Let us now go back to the first floor.

Here you can find some food stalls if ever you are hungry and if you want more options, there are also food stalls outside.
In this floor you can find more shops that sell different clothing of different tribes or indigenous people. There are jewelries, and more types of accessories.

Let us now proceed to the next and last part of the tour, the art exhibit.

Green & Gold, two majestic colors that symbolize prosperity and abundance, an art exhibit featuring the works of Lunang Mentoring Program participants from Bulawanong Dibuhista of Davao de Oro and Guhit Kamay Young Artists of Panabo.

As you can see here, is a painting of the artist Korinne Savillaga, entitled “Taw-an” which means enchanted. As you can see in the painting, it depicts a mystical creature that lives in the mangroves.
And here is another painting of hers that is entitled “Nalamdagan” which means illuminated. You can somehow connect it to the first painting, because as you can see there are fairies that are near the mangroves.
