Ingrediants needed
Potato-3/4 Corn flour-4-5 table spoon as per the size of potato.Small potato -3 tablespoon corn flour is enough
Green chillie -2/3
Ginger-2 big pieces
Garlic-6-8 pods
Tomato ketchup/sauce ,Green chillie sauce ,Soya sauce
Oil to temper -1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar,1 teaspoon
Chillie flakes. Corriander leaves

How to do?
Boil potato.Add corn flour and salt.blend into a dough Roll into small balls Now put water into boiling .put some balls. Put a pan .Add oil.Now add some balls. The balls in water start to float.Thats the indication of the balls being cooked well. The balls in oil are fried and kept aside. Now put a pan .pour some oil.Add onion ,garlic,ginger.After the onion gets glossy put the green chillie,corriander and toss Then add tomato sauce,chillie sauce of your choice .Add the powder mixture-(chillie flakes,salt and sugar) into the pan.Now the potato corn balls are to serve
