Chatting with Issac John, Career Break Expert

Ever wish for a career break but not sure how to do it? I spoke to Issac John, who has taken three career breaks and come back to greater results each time. He turned his experiences and learnings into a brilliant book and guide titled Reboot : How to Manage Career Breaks and Return with Greater Success. He is also my ex-boss and the inspiration for my creative sabbatical.

My name is Rohit and I've had an unbelievable career in media, production, filmmaking, streaming, television, creative, business, stuff I've wanted to do my whole life, but as my career progressed, I started to feel a yearning for a break which I called my "creative sabbatical". It's a journey I'm still on but has been incredibly fulfilling. I'm so glad I took the plunge.
