Over my career, I have interviewed for job opportunities at least 50 times. Different companies, different roles. In 1994 I joined Microsoft and the 'real' interviews began. Over my 16 year career (and many reorgs) I always loved the complexity of the conversations and often the game that unfolded with convoluted probing questions and fascinating personalities.

But one interview took me to the one position I loved most at Microsoft. It was an opportunity that shaped me on so many levels. Just amazing! But the job interview was very unique.
