ढोकला हो तो ऐसे, बार बार बनाकर खानेका मन करेगा, Instant Veg Sandwich Dhokla Recipe, Instant Dhokla

अबतो ढोकला में भी इतनी वैरायटी होती है की क्या बताऊ। पहले भी मैंने बहोत अलग अलग तरीके के ढोकला रेसिपी पोस्ट की है. तो वैसे ही आज इंस्टेंट सैंडविच ढोकला बनाएंगे जो सुपर सॉफ्ट और टेस्टी बनता है.

Ingredients:
For Chutney:
1 Bowl Fresh Coriander
20-25 Mint Leaves
1-1/2 inch Ginger
3 Green Chillies
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Black Salt
Salt to Taste
1/2 Lemon Juice
Water as Require

For Dhokla Batter:
2-1/2 Cup Semolina
3/4 Cup Curd
1 tsp Ginger Chilly Paste
Salt to Taste
Water as Require
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Eno

Sweetcorns
Olives

For Tadka:
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Fresh Coriander

For Masala:
Crushed Chilly Flakes and Black Pepper
