Today, I’m excited to share how to make a classic Swiss Roll. Let’s bake it together!

Ingredients:
• Eggs: 4
• Sugar: 45g
• Vanilla: 1/2 tsp
• Oil: 40g
• Milk: 55g
• Honey: 1/2 tbsp
• Flour: 70g
• Cream: 150ml
• Powdered sugar: 2 tbsp

Step-by-Step Recipe:

1. Separate Eggs: Begin by separating the egg yolks from the whites.

2. Whip the Whites: Gradually add half of the sugar to the egg whites in two stages. Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.

3. Mix the Yolks: Add the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar and honey to the yolks. Beat until creamy and light. Then, add the oil and milk, mixing for 30 seconds. Then add the flour and mix it gently.

4. Combine: Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture. Mix carefully, ensuring everything is well combined.

5. Prepare the Batter: Spread the batter evenly onto a lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 12–16 minutes.

Finishing Touches:

• Cool the Cake: Once baked, transfer the cake to another sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar to prevent sticking. Let it cool in the fridge.

• Make the Cream Filling: Beat heavy cream and sugar together until stiff peaks form.

• Assemble: Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cooled cake. Sprinkle finely chopped walnuts on top. Carefully roll the cake into a Swiss Roll shape, as shown in the video. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
