It has been a while since the wishes have been made on Shenron. Utonium's legacy has been reduced to dust, together with the city he ruined. Or has it? Much like Gero's ancestor before him, Utonium left behind a processor of his own, that has continued his designs on perfecting the formula to defeat his enemies once and for all... And that secret project... has awakened.

Welcome back, everyone! It's been a long time. I've decided to reconvert the older animations and fix what I could. This is, of course, EEnE Z: Rowdyruff Rampage. Sometimes I look back and wonder where I'd be if I'd never created this series, but, looking at where I am now, I'm not so sure I would change anything if I could go back and do it all over again. So, hopefully, this series didn't age too poorly during its absence, but here it is once again! Now you can watch this OVA once again! And who knows, if I find it in me, I just might have another movie in me in the future.
