Train Simulator 2021 | Ffestiniog 'Blanche' on the Skarloey Railway - Island of Sodor Route

Following the successful test of the Ffestiniog Railway's Blanche engine on the Mallowhurst route, it's time to take her for a longer drive on the Island of Sodor route from Glennock Creations.

This will be a run over the full SKR, starting at Crovans Gate and going to Skarloey via Lakeside. We will stop at all stations on the way; Cros-ny-Cuirn, Picnic Halt, Glennock, Rheneas, Lakeside and Skarloey. Take my advice, and - if you have 'Blanche' yourself - I suggest not using her on the Skarloey Railway, as she has a very small water tank.

Honestly, I think the Skarloey Railway is - for now - the best part of this Sodor route. There are so many parts of the line, especially at Cros-ny-Cuirn, Rheneas and Lakeside stations, that bring back good memories of when I used to watch Thomas The Tank Engine all the time, and that's going back many years indeed.
