Sneak Attack Chefs: Commercial Street Fishery

The premise is simple! Our intrepid host sneaks up on an unsuspecting restaurant of note, and presents them with a conundrum- I dare you to make a dish that not just complements but includes the beer we brought with us. The beer is of our choosing but we don't care what you do with it, as long as it is an ingredient. Hilarity and tastiness ensue! This short vignette shows that our beers are the perfect acoutrément for any tasty meal- not just burgers and dogs, but high end cuisine as well.
