The MYC gene has been reported to be amplified in #osteosarcoma and its expression is often up-regulated in osteosarcoma patients. Osteosarcoma patients with MYC expression is associated with poor prognosis. Dr, Yustein's research focus is on targeting MYC Driven OS.
