‘Dr Wendy’ in Ghana had promised Mr Pricky $10 000 000 USD, with a first instalment of $4 000 000 USD, all for a fee of just £850 GBP / $1354 USD.

Pricky was in Washington DC on business and excitedly called ‘Dr Wendy’ from the money transfer office, about to make the payment.

This shrewd Scammer was the first we had ever heard using a voice-changing app on his phone. He was using 2 phones and pretending to be 2 characters, ‘Dr Wendy’ (the woman) and ‘Dr Perry’ (the man).

Everything fell in place for ScamBaiters that night and none of us would have imagined that over 6 hours later we would all have aching stomachs and tears running down our faces…
