Welcome to my kitchen! In today's video, I'll be sharing an authentic recipe for Ghost Ka Salan, a rich and aromatic mutton curry that hails from the heart of Hyderabad. This traditional dish combines tender mutton pieces with a blend of spices to create a mouthwatering curry that is perfect for any occasion. Follow along as I guide you through each step to make this flavorful and hearty dish right in your own home.

Ingredients:
- 500g mutton (boiled)
- 2 large onions (finely sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup oil
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed


1. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the sliced onions until golden brown.
2. Add the boiled mutton to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
4. Stir in ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes to let the spices blend well.
5. Add enough water to reach your desired curry consistency. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
6. Sprinkle garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
