코로나19 극복 위해 지방세 감면 연장…실거래가로 취득세 과표 개선

The government has decided to extend cuts to local taxes levied by cities and provinces... to help the economy recover from the pandemic.
The decision was announced today by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
These cuts in property taxes and acquisition tax will last for another three years... with an extra reduction of 10 percent for hospitals treating infectious diseases.
Also, to help people buy homes in a market that's still overheated, the government is cutting taxes for two years for those buying their first homes.
