Another little cooking session with the boys down in Ballina at my sisters little farm.
Lamb Shanks in the camp oven, with a self thickening sauce G-Free
This is a great recipe that can not only be made from the comfort of your own home, but an awesome dish to make on any campsite.
I love cooking over natural flame and strongly believe that it creates a better dimension to the food.
Few extra delicious easy sides to have with the shanks in there also. I hope you enjoy the footage as much as i did filming it.
