This full length barre workout will sculpt and tone every muscle! Suggested props to get the most out of this workout include: light weights, a bender ball (mini Pilates ball), and the loop resistance band. This is a recording of an in-person Barre Above class at my home studio. It's recommended to do barre without shoes, but I'm wearing mine as I heal from a toe injury.

This Barre workout is inspired by ballet, yoga, Pilates, and general fitness. If you need a 50 minute-long, full body workout, complete with warm-up and cool down, this is the perfect sweat session.
