Dr. Natalucci-Hall works with college students to implement mindful tools and strategies that help deal with the unknown we all face when starting the career journey.

Emotional readiness is crucial for new employees to thrive as they enable individuals to navigate the challenges and demands of work effectively. Resilient individuals are better equipped to handle stress, adapt to change, and maintain positive work relationships.
