Our trip kicked off in the vibrant city of San Diego, where we packed up our trusty van and hit the road. After a scenic 3-hour drive, we made a pit stop in Thousand Oaks for a delectable dinner to fuel our journey ahead. 😋

As the sun began to set, we decided to rest for the night in a Walmart parking lot in Santa Maria. Little did we know that our peaceful slumber would be interrupted by friendly security personnel kindly asking us to relocate. 🌙 But that's the beauty of van life – it's full of surprises!

Undeterred, we found solace at a nearby gas station and truck stop, where we spent the rest of the night, eagerly anticipating the adventures that awaited us. ⛽💤

With the first light of dawn, we rose at 4:30 am, ready to continue our epic journey to Morro Bay. Our first order of business was breakfast, and Daisy's offered a delightful start to the day. 🍳☕

As the day unfolded, we made our way to Tognazzini's Dockside for lunch – and of course, the main event: grilled oysters! Trust us, they did not disappoint. 🦪🔥

After savoring the flavors of Morro Bay, we reluctantly began our journey back home. But not before making a few more memorable stops along the way. We paused to soak in the sun at Avila Beach and relished the serene atmosphere at Pismo Beach. 🏖️

Our adventure was a whirlwind of tastes, sights, and experiences, but every moment was worth it. Join us on this exciting van life journey as we explore Morro Bay, eat mouthwatering oysters, and soak in the beauty of the California coast.
