Описание к видео 2022 FOX Factory FLOAT X 50 & 125 hour damper Service guide for Beginners. Easier than you think 👍

In this video, we will go through the full service of a FOX factory series float X rear shock. It goes over the 50-hour service, fox recommend 125-hour damper service (personally, I think this shock can make it closer to 200 hours for many people). It also shows how to service the high speed compression HSC, low-speed compression LSC, and rebound knob.

This is a very easy shock to service, and doesn't require expensive tools. I consider three parts of this service optional, which include the eyelet control knobs, separating the compression stack in the reservoir, and changing the seal between the eyelet and the axle. Unless you have issues with these parts, which you will know if you do, I would skip them. It will make servicing this shock even easier.

I would ABSOLUTELY SKIP replacing the Teflon ring on the damper piston. Unless yours is damaged or worn, which chances are it isn't, DON'T replace it. Unlike the DPS, replacing glide rings on the float x can become problematic. I show a workaround, but avoid the issue when you can.

As always, let me know if there are any questions, and I'll try to answer them as soon as I can.
