EU4 but I create an 80 player human vassal swarm...

Similar to eu4 but every "EU4 but every HRE nation is a player..." today we have a vassal swarm that results from revoking the privilegia in the EU4 HRE. I play as EU4 Austria in this EU4 MP for an EU4 Discord video! The HRE vassal swarm is absolutely OP - we protect eu4 byzantium, crush the EU4 ottomans and basically restore the Roman Empire! Glory to the new Rome! The Emperor (me) was very happy with how this turned out.
