If you are a fan of breakfast you will LOVE this homemade waffle breakfast sandwich! I was inspired to make a version of one of my favorite fast food breakfasts from McDonald's the McGriddle (16 WW points). So this is my healthier and way BIGGER version! By using waffles, turkey sausage, and velveeta cheese! If you are following the WW program like I am you can enjoy the entire sandwich for 18 Points on Blue, or half the sandwich for 9 points (same size as the McDonald's Version)! And, half this sandwich is very filling!

I like to meal prep- so the next time I make these I will be making the waffles the day I meal prep (usually Monday's) and freezing them down for when we have this on the menu! That will increase the speed you can get these on the table for you and your family!

I also froze the whole sandwich down, and reheated later in the week - and the results were fantastic! I highly recommend adding these to your meal prep and making a few extra for later! They taste WAY better, and are way healthier than the fast food version!
