Main gems~
Elemental Storm + ingenuity + frost nexus + magnified effect + persistence
Comet + spell echo + biting frost + elemental focus + inspiration + extraction
Frost wall + spell cascade + glaciation + cold exposure + font of mana
Cold snap + cold mastery +concentrated effect + arcane tempo

Spirit~
Archmage + lightning mastery
Blink (no link)

Utility~
Mana Tempest + premeditation
Sigil of Power Staff off-hand (preferably with +4 level of spell gems and level 18 sigil of power)
Hypothermia + heightened curse + cursed ground
Lightning warp (no link)
Mana drain (no link)
