This week ask: Erin read for 8 minutes. Liz read for 11 minutes. What math questions could you create from this? (Feel free to change the names to your friends or family!)

Encouraging your child to come up with their OWN mathematical questions helps them

➡️  Think about the numbers and their relationships more deeply

 ➡️ Gives them ownership over mathematics

➡️ Helps them realize they can find math and ask their own mFath questions rather than sticking with just what teachers, parents and other adults tell them to do!
