A visit to two hand-set candlepin lanes in a barn outside Littleton, Massachusetts. Brian Bazylinski and Mark Ricci, co-proprietors of Riverwalk Lanes, brought me here for a visit, along with Mark's 5-year-old son and our new friend Greg Adkins.

At one point you'll hear Mark refer to a "half-Worcester" (pronounced "Wooster") which is when a bowler takes either the 2-8 or 3-9 sleeper out of a full rack.

As you can see, Mark's 5-year-old son is a very good candlepin player, while I have a lot to learn. (I'm at the end in the brown shirt, throwing the final three shots).
