Your GUIDE to Disney Lunar New Year 2024🐉 | Celebration, Food, Characters & Full Mulan Procession!

I went to the first day of the Lunar New Year Celebration at Disney California Adventure. This is a full guide to the food booths, and what there is to eat at the festival. It also covers merchandise, and what there is to do and see at this festival. The Celebration runs from January 23, 2024 until February 18, 2024.

I started out by buying the Sip N' Saver pass ($43 with Magic Key Discount, $46 without discount). I explained the pricing on the Sip N' Savor pass and where to buy it. I went over all 6 of the food booths and all the menus that they each had. There are some more food items I did not cover in this video from other places around the park, but I will show those in a later video.

I got the BBQ Pork Bun from Prosperity Bao & Buns, and it ended up being my favorite item at the festival. I then headed to Wrapped With Love and got both the Fried Lemongrass Chicken Dumplings and the Steamed Pork & Vegetable Dumplings, both were pretty solid and tasty options, but not my favorites.

I watched Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession, I love the costumes and the dancers in that one. Meilin and Ming Lee from Turning Red are now characters you can meet, so I showed them as well.

At Paradise Garden Grill, I got the Pork Belly Bahn Mi and the Bulgogi Fried Rice, and they were a close second to the BBQ Pork Bun. They were delicious! It's hard to pick just one favorite when there is so much delicious food. Everything I ate was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would get any of it again, gladly.

The last treat I got was the Strawberry Milk Tea Macaron from Bamboo Blessings, and it was amazing! I liked how tart and sour it was, but still sweet. I had so much fun at the Lunar New Year celebration, and I hope this guide can help you if you plan to go.
