If you’re a busy parent who wants a simple at-home leg workout, this 15-minute squat session is for you.
No gym. No equipment. Just real-life strength you can actually use.
This is the final installment of my 15-minute workout series — and it hits where it matters most.

• Busy adults and parents (30–50)
• Beginners who want a knee-friendly, at-home leg workout
• Anyone short on time but serious about consistency
If you’re advanced and chasing heavy barbell numbers, this probably isn’t for you.

How I Set Up the Timer (Simple & Repeatable)
This workout uses a simple interval structure to keep things moving while still giving you time to reset.
Timer format:
• 1:30 work
• 1:00 catch-up / hurry-up round
• 0:30 rest
How to use it:
• During the 1:30 work, move at a steady, controlled pace
• The 1:00 catch-up round is your chance to finish reps or push a little harder if you’re feeling good
• Use the 30 seconds rest to breathe, stretch, and reset your body before the next set
