Are you ready for the most delicious cheese puff snack ever? Our recipe for Brazillian bread, Pão de Queijo, is enhanced with garlic, oregano, and salami. The result is a crunchy-on-the-outside, soft-and-chewy-on-the-inside cheesy puff that's perfect for any starter.

Yield: Makes 6 muffin cups of crazy cheese puff

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup tapioca starch or they are also called tapioca flour
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ tsp Dried Oregano
• ½ tsp Dried garlic powder
• 3/4 cup 2% milk
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or grapeseed oil)
• 2 tbsp Water
• 1 egg large
• 3/4 cup Mozzarella (Shredded )
• ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded )
• Salami (Sliced about 1/8" thick, make 6 slices)

INSTRUCTIONS
• Preheat the oven to 400ºF
• Combine tapioca starch, salt, garlic powder, and dried oregano in a large bowl. Mix well and set aside.
• Add the milk, vegetable oil, and water to a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until it comes to a boil.
• Add the warmed milk mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix it well into a sticky dough.
• Then add the egg. Whisk using a hand mixer and incorporate it well before adding the cheese and folding it into the batter with a spatula.
• Add a 1/4" thick layer of the batter onto a regular-size muffin pan using a spoon. Dip the spoon with water if the batter is too sticky. Add a slice of salami on top, and fill another layer of the batter to the top of the muffin pan.
• Bake for 20- 30 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
