This is Our First Time Watching Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000). A warrior (Chow Yun-Fat) gives his beloved (Michelle Yeoh) his sword, Green Destiny, to keep safe during the Qing Dynasty in 19th-century China. However, the sword is stolen, and the search is on to recover it. When the hunt leads to the House of Yu, the plot completely changes.
