Once again, I could not just leave these without a proper refilming. This is my revisit from December 2020. By far one of the most epic Classe As I know of, located in an office building.
This time, they let me film in by myself (and seemed pretty cool with it), and I could go to some more floors to hear the announcements.

• UNIQUE Talking ATLAS Classe A Traction Ele...
Well, since last time I came here (February 2020), a lot has improved - and not only just the tacky naked angels dangling from the indicators on the lobby. If you compare it with my original video, lighting has greatly improved, both on the Lobby and inside the cars.
About these elevators... well, there are 3 of them, 2 for passenger and one for service (on the far right).
The voice announcements are indeed original - Atlas's very rare Digital Voice module. The only installation of it in this entire city and state in fact, it was a very expensive and exclusive optional at the time, which made them very rare. It's buggy now, doesn't work on some floors, like 12 and CO, at least on the car I filmed. Interestingly, this time I noticed that on the left car, the voice seems to come from somewhere above the doors and not the speaker grill on the top of the car panel. Problably just mismounted.
Since the indicator is only 7 segements, floors G and 6 appear the same.
The chime on the lobby indicator is glitchy, happens to half of the speakers on these, chronic issue with them.
The LED strip lanterns, inside and outside, are Atlas's Bargraph, few of these around here. Mounted a little strangely, but it is that way originally.
The internal LED indicators only work when arriving at a floor - mostly glitchy, the controls that light them also turned buggy, happens with most of these.
I tried getting some of the chimes on other floors, but they didn't ring. On most Atlas elevators it's hard to know if they'll ring again, as they tend to only do so after answering a call, or if they have no more calls to serve and stop at that floor. However you can still hear them a little from inside the car when I go to SS and 4. Rings way before the car even gets there.
For those wondering, SE is the actual ground level that is mainly for SErvice and garages, and G is another garage level above the lobby.
My experience here this time, was... surprisingly good, but not the best. They run great, the logic here is slightly more efficient than most Classe As. However... as you can see, not everything is a sea of flowers with these.
On floor 12, there was no call station, only some wires where it should be, and if I wasn't quick enough to see it, I would have had to take the stairs. Thankfully I managed to be more quick than the Westinghouse logic there. Like almost all REL-3W Ciclotrafics, they're VERY glitchy and problematic in operation nowadays. One of the cars has a faulty selector which is making it confuse certain floors and calls, makes the situation here even worse.
The noises when traveling, when going past floors 6 and 7, there's a misaligned clutch giving a small bump on the internal doors. The sound it makes when starting down on the top floor is also not very calming. I don't know exactly what it might be. These noises don't physically interfere with the trip, they still are very smooth and have a nice leveling.
The sound they make when going full speed, combined with the continuous "pulsing" sound that most Atlas' have, just makes it more epic. Even sounds like some very fast high-rise elevators at times, and it compensates for the lack of any audible motor sound.
Still, these are epic and unique. Easily some of my favorite and most interesting elevators ever.
