RTI activist Anjali Bhardwaj explains that the Supreme court verdict on aadhaar still does not solve the problems on the ground. Making aadhaar mandatory for welfare schemes is still a huge problem. It neither solves the problem of exclusion nor does it tackle corruption as promised by UIDAI and the government.
