3:58 At the same time that Anne Arundel County draws residents from expensive counties like Howard and Prince George's, we've lost people to cheaper places like the Eastern shore.

5:19 We simply do not have enough land zoned at high density in Anne Arundel County. We need 400 more acres of high density groups to match demand.

5:40 47% of renters are cost burdened, meaning they pay more than 30% of their income on rent. Our minorities and seniors are overrepresented in this demographic.

6:15 1/3 of Extremely Low Income renters have a disabled person that they have to take care of.

6:40 in 2000, 70% of households could buy a home at the median price. In 2022, that amount was only 58%. It's not only a problem for homeowners, but the renters who now have more competitors in the rental market.
