For today's video, I'm going to show you how to make Milk White Bread. It's something to do in the weekend to serve the family with a fresh homemade bread and it's good for breakfast during the week also.

What you need:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup whole milk
8 tbsp whole milk powder
2 tbsp unsalted butter, soften
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melts with milk
2 tsp instant dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt

How to make:
Mix milks, salt and 1 tbsp butter in a small saucepan and heat in medium low heat until milks and salt dissolve. Set aside to cool off.
Place 3 cups of all purpose flour in the mixing bowl, add instant dry yeast and stir well. Pour the warm mix mixture into the flour and place in the mixer with bread hook attached and turn on speed 2 for 15 minutes. Scrape to clean sides. Add the 2 tbsp butter and keep on kneading until the dough smooth and elastic.
After 15 minutes of kneading, take the dough and shape like a ball and place in the greased bowl, cover with cling wrap/clean dry rag and proof in the oven with the light on for 1 hour or until double in bulk.
After double in bulk take it out from the oven and roll it out into rectangular shape, roll it tightly and pinch the edges and corner to seal. Place into a greased loaf pan with the parchment paper placed on each sides. Proof it back in the oven with the light on for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until double in bulk.
After double in bulk, take it out from the oven and pre heat the oven at 375℉ and bake in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Quickly remove from the pan and brush the loaf with butter then let it cool completely! Before you cut it.
