MX6000 roof off cab, work lights, radio, amber lights and some wiring rigging

Time for some lighting and other electrical projects on the MX6000 and it just came to the point that the best process was to go ahead and remove the cab roof. I will repeat a few things due to time frame between video clips but the production director was busy doing the project :-).
