G'day boys n girls. I bought a kayak and this is my maiden voyage.
But you gotta pump it up, don't know? Pump it up...lol Remember that song?
Anyway, I forgot something as well as you'll see..But, it did the job of keeping me above water and it's actually quite a bit of fun for a change from cycling.
I'm always working out those legs on the bike, so this time I get to give the arms a go.
It wasn't as hard as cycling, but it could be if you wanted to go really fast I guess.
I think for the money, it's not a bad bit of kit to get you back out on the water, without the need for roof racks and a big heavy hard-shell kayak.
This kayak suits me alright with me at 92kgs and 184cm tall.
It rolls up into a small enough package you could fit into the boot of a car and it fits into the back of my Subaru XV only partially collapsed.
Go get one if you want to get a taste of kayaking. They also come in a single person model called the K1.
