Seeing his cheapass level 7 AI taken out by GAMBIT of all people really inspired me to beat it myself. Anyway, sorry about the sound. I was playing around with Audacity and left the input and output volumes on full blast. I managed to reduce the volume somewhat, but you will most likely have to turn down your Youtube volume in order to enjoy this video.

So, about the fight: Dragon Claw is probably one of the few characters who can actually handle this fight. Let me say one thing about this Rugal: the flame geyser is pure, unadulterated BULLSHIT. Seriously, it makes it so you CANNOT BE IN THE AIR AT ANY TIME. Unless you knock him down, of course. Luckily, Dragon Claw has just the thing for dealing with this: the flash step/burst (step is the special, burst is the super). They are immune to projectiles, which the flame geyser happens to be. Thus, if I can see the move coming, or just spam the damn thing, I'm safe. Unless Rugal has 1000 super energy, in which case I might end up eating a Gigantic Pressure. Anyway, I took a hint from the gambit user and took advantage of Rugal's tendency to get hit by fast low attacks (especially after blocking high ones), and not blocking low in general, and turned EVERY single crouching weak kick into a long and damaging combo.
