3/4 Ton Diesel Trucks Are a Waste of Money // Choosing the Right RAM Heavy Duty // Q&A Part 2 of 2

Today's video is part 2 of 2 featuring questions and answers generated from my previous videos on my special order build RAM 3500 dually with the high output Cummins 6.7L and 4.10 axle ratio. I'll explain why I think 3/4 ton diesel trucks are a complete waste if you plan to tow your RV, and I'll react to some of the comments left in my previous videos concerning 3/4 ton diesel trucks and their capabilities. I'll specifically address the following questions:
1) Is suspension the only difference between a 3/4 ton diesel truck and a 1 ton diesel truck?
2) Is a 1 ton diesel truck too rough for daily driving? In other words, is a 1 ton heavy duty truck unbearable concerning the ride quality as a daily driver?
3) Does a 3/4 ton diesel truck have the same capabilities as a 1 ton diesel truck, even though the GVWR is different between the two?
4) If a safety patrol officer pulls you over while towing your RV and you're over the GVWR of your truck, will you get a pass since it isn't commercial?
5) If you get in an accident or collision while towing over your GVWR, will your insurance company cover your legal fees and defend your actions?
6) If you cause a fatality while towing and you're over the GVWR, will you be charged with vehicular manslaughter?

These are all serious questions to consider if you're towing a heavy RV, so that's why picking the right truck is very important. Plus, buying a truck is very expensive, and you don't want to waste your hard-earned money. So my hope is this discussion will save you money if you're looking to buy the right truck for towing, particular with RV life. Yet, in the end it is all just my own personal opinions based on my experiences. Certainly let me know if you agree or disagree in the comments below.
