Mirror glaze: Ingredients:-

1. 1 cup water (195g)
2. 1 and 1/2 cup sugar (300g)
3. 1 cup liquid glucose (300g)
4. 28 g gelatin (sheets ~7-8)
5. 2 cups white chocolate(325g)
6. 3/4cup condensed milk(215g)
