4 to 6 pieces cube or round steak, onion & garlic powder, oregano & salt 1/2 teas each, 1 tsp paprika.
1 med onion, 1 green bell pepper and 2 to 3 stalks celery all chopped or sliced. 1- 4 or 8oz can sliced mushrooms, 1 -28oz can diced tomatoes, 2 beef bouillon cubes. 1 tbsp sugar (optional). 1/2 cup flour to coat steak. Mix left over flour 2 heaping tbls, plus 6 oz water to make the thicker for gravy.
