On 22nd April 2025, the beautiful valleys of Pahalgam, known as Mini Switzerland of Kashmir, witnessed one of the deadliest ter**r attacks in recent history.

At around 3 PM, while tourists were enjoying pony rides and family picnics, four heavily armed terrorists emerged from the pine forests.
They began indiscriminate firing, checking ID cards and religious identities, and targeting non-Muslim tourists point-blank.

Local hero Syed Hussain Shah, a horse rider, tried to save the tourists but was martyred in the attempt.

A survivor from Pune revealed how terrorists stormed their tent, accused them of being "Modi supporters", and killed the male members without mercy.

Soon after, The Resistance Front (TRF) — a proxy of Lashkar-e-Taiba — claimed responsibility.
Their justification? Opposing the settlement of 85,000 non-Kashmiris and protecting "Kashmiri identity."
