A Must Experience Day Trip from Shillong - Summer in India 2022 - vLog Part 7

Our third video from the rainiest place in the world, Meghalaya. In this video, we take a day trip from Shillong and head to Mawlynnong and Dawki, and on the way to Mawlynnong, we stop in Riwai to see and walk on their living root bridge that crosses a waterfall. Mawlynnon is lauded as Asia's cleanest village, and called God's own Garden, so we take a nice long stroll through the village and bask in the peaceful sounds. In Dawki, though the rivers are swelling with excess rainwater and sediment and are not of their usual glass-bottom nature, we still get to take a boat ride through the picturesque landscape. Come along and enjoy the ride!
