“They shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us” (Matthew 1:23).

Another Christmas sermon this morning to feed our hearts with the truth of the Incarnation, that God became man in the person of Jesus Christ. There are a lot of great highlights in this sermon, but one of my favorite parts comes right at the beginning. Spurgeon reflects on the simple fact that the biblical authors translated spiritual truths from one language to another, which demonstrates that the message of the gospel is indeed for all peoples and nations! I hope you enjoy listening to this message as much as I enjoyed recording it. Merry Christmas!
