This film celebrates 400 years of Turnchapel history.

The film has been funded by the Mayflower 400 Community Sparks Fund. All aspects of the production and editing were completed by local residents and includes drone footage of the area, recollections of locals and the voices of local children to depict key historic events. The film takes us on a journey from 1620 to 2020, showing how quarrying, maritime industries, transport and war have all played their part in the development of Turnchapel.
