Summary: God created us with desires to experience this world and ultimately give him the glory. Sin caused the whole human race to close the door on God and ultimately open it up for our own selves. Now we rule and listen to our own desires. In foolishness we abuse the desires God gave us, and they become enslaving forces that drag us to hell.

God created us to be a people of desires!
When God is the center, the all things in this life are a blessing
Sin closed the door to God and opened it to ourselves
God given desires become enslaving masters without God

Addiction is an out of control desire
Addiction is a heart problem with a physical component
Addiction is voluntary slavery

3. The Freedom from Addiction

Do I see my problem?
Do I understand my problem?
Do I run to God for help?
Do I expose my addictions?
Do I create borders for addictions?
