Side note( Bell peppers don’t have capsaicin in them lol they are the only ones who don’t but are still great for my inflammation 🤦🏾‍♀️. I told y’all Im in the 90’s, not 100 yet😂 Remember listen to your body, it will tell you what makes it feel good❤️.
