First Kidney Transplant Patient to reach Lobuche Peak 6119m - Pemba Sherpa

Hi everyone. My name is Pemba Sherpa. And in this video I am going to share a short journey of my life from being born in one of the most remote villages of Nepal to leaving Nepal and moving to Malaysia in search of foreign employment. After staying there for almost three and a half years and returning to Nepal and again moving to Japan for employment purposes. Five years later I came back to Nepal with some health issues. Later I was diagnosed with a kidney failure. Life has not been easy but the lessons that I learned during those difficult times has been really precious and has made me much wiser.

After one and a half years of successful transplant, I went to climb Lobuche Peak to set an example for all the Kidney patients out there.
