Discount Tire Offers Expert Advice to Drivers Across the County

From snowy mountains to rainstorms in the tropics, choosing the right tires for your vehicle is critical. So why is it that more than half of consumers aren’t confident when it comes to picking the right ones?

That’s why we’re traveling to Rockledge, Fla. to visit an outpost of Discount Tire, America’s largest tire and wheel retailer. They’re giving us a crash-course on tire selection, from when to change them to which ones are best suited for various locations and lifestyles.

Dating back to 1960 with a single store in Michigan, Discount Tire now operates more than 1,000 stores nationwide. They’re also behind an innovative new tire selection software tool called Treadwell, which helps recommend the best tire for each individual and vehicle.
